How We Work?

We have developed distinct, self-sustainable models that ideally meet the needs of individuals and companies who own land, as well as those who don't possess suitable land but wish to benefit from investing in plantations. Additionally, we offer specific models tailored for projects of PSUs, Government Agencies, and CSR Projects of Indian companies. From the initial conceptualisation to the harvest, we plan, develop, and maintain these plantations with complete transparency and professional efficiency. Our Plantation Partners can enjoy the respective benefits without having to involve themselves in the actual work of managing the plantations! With our unique Package, Plantation Partners receive their benefits from fully secure projects, whether on their own land or leased land.

Our Plantation Packages include:
  • Commencing studies and surveys to determine plantation site suitability.
  • Preparing Feasibility Studies & Cost & Revenue Reports for the proposed plantation site, featuring the ideally suitable German Hybrid Tree.
  • Planning the Plantation setup for maximum utilization and revenue.
  • Monitoring preparations of the plantation site(s), including fencing, irrigation systems, infrastructure, etc.
  • Engaging and training the required workforce for specific job roles on-site, following NOS guidelines.
  • Importing ideally suited, high-quality tissue-cultured seedlings directly from Wegrow Laboratory in Germany.
  • Cultivating and strengthening the seedlings in our short rotation plantation/nursery.
  • Planting the seedlings in the respective plantation site(s).
  • Managing the plantation, including plant care, pruning, and overall maintenance until harvest.
  • Commencing the harvest of the trees.
  • Managing the wood drying process.
  • Ensuring mutually agreed payments to Stakeholders of the plantation.
  • Handling the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Growing Cycles (as per Agreement).
